How do I place an order?

1. Proceed to the Order Page.
2. Fill in all the details as required.
3. List all the products that you want to purchased under the Order Details.
4. Submit it and we will process your order.

Do you do meet-ups?

Yes, we do meet ups but at selected public area in Singapore only. Do select Cash On Delivery as your payment methods when you order your products.

How long would it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 1 to 14 days depending on the type of shipping you choose.

Which shipping company MakeUpArtistInc use?

We use SingPost and FedEx.

What are the payment methods available?

We currently accept payments by the following methods:
- Cash On Delivery
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal (Recommended for international users)

How do we know if our order has been processed?

You would receive a confirmation order from us which would contain an unique order number along with the list of products you had ordered.

I still have not received my products. What should I do?

We hope that this does not happen to any of our customers. In an event whereby you have not received your products, do contact us through the Contact Us page.
